Our story
Nghe Coaching & Consulting was born in a liminal space - a transition period where I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do. I knew that I wanted to allow my gifts to shine and to spend more time “in the flow.” I brainstormed a list of all the moments I felt most alive in my work and there was one common thread - I was sharing my hard earned wisdom and knowledge.
Although I have divided my work into the categories of coaching, consulting, and training, I see them all as spaces for transformation. My life experiences have required me to transform my internal and external life time and time again and I want to share the wisdom I’ve gained.
My wisdom comes from deep listening - to you and to me - and paying attention to what is possible through relationships. What can we speak of when someone else is listening? What are we not saying and why?
In Vietnamese, Nghe means to listen. I am a Vietnamese-American, (cis)woman, living in England. I have spoken to audiences large and small worldwide and I still don’t always feel heard. Is listening the same as hearing? Come and find out with me.
